The Children and Families Bill will change the way that children with autism access support in school. The Bill offers an opportunity for both schools and local authorities to review provision with a view to improving the services that children with autism need if they are to succeed at school.

Ambitious about Autism continues to work with policy makers to highlight the experience of children with autism in school and ensure the Bill goes as far as possible to address the inequalities highlighted in the Schools Report 2013.
